Subhadra marine engineering has one goal to produce the finest propellers possible, while maintaining the high standard of quality. High performance propellers are manufactured from high integrity casting and a full range of designs available with a three, four and five blade configuration suited to commercial market.
Subhadra marine engineering produce propeller ranging from 10” to 60” diameter. In accordance with ISO standard 484/2 and if required, to meet the demands of classification society inspection.
We also build the custom propeller as per customer specification and details.
All propellers are cast from pure ingot using specialised mould design and certification can be supplied on request detailing full mechanical characteristics and chemical composition. All propellers are precision balanced to ensure maximum smoothness.
We have supplied the brass water lubricated sterngear equipment complete with Propeller shaft assy, aft and fwd gland housing and cutless rubber bushes with ranging from shaft diameter 30 to 120 mm.
We also manufactured the fabricated water lubricated sterngear as per customer specification and details.
Our manufacturing range of propeller shaft starts from 30mm with double end taper with propeller & copuling nut & keys. The material of shafts is SS304, SS316L.The manufacturing is done highly precise lathe machines.
